- The Contractor shall be responsible for the payment of all federal, state, and local taxes including, but not limited to, Social Security taxes, income taxes, withholding taxes, and any other taxes or business licensing fees arising out of Contractor’s activities in accordance with this Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
Entire Agreement
This document and any attachments or exhibits attached hereto constitute the entire agreement between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof, and it replaces and supersedes any prior verbal or written understandings, communications, and representations between the Parties.
